Hi everyone! My name is Brooke Rosedale. I am currently a rising senior at Providence College majoring in psychology with a minor in communications! Throughout my experience at Providence College, I have gained collaborative work skills, leadership skills, and I have also developed a strong passion for getting to know others and maintaining strong communication! This past summer, I was a hospitality intern for The Edgartown Collection hotel business on Martha's Vineyard. Throughout this experience I was able to gain strong guest communication skills, and also more of an insight into what it is like to work in the hospitality industry! Working in this much faster-paced environment allowed me to improve my interpersonal communication skills in order to make sure the business was running smoothly at all times. I also enjoy collaborating with other people in team's, traveling and exploring new places, and also learning new and beneficial skills. I studied abroad in Rome last fall and it truly did change the way that I view the world and taught me so much. I was able to gain more meaningful insight to other fascinating countries while traveling throughout all of Europe! I hope to use all of these positive skills that I have in the future as I continue to further my education and my career path as well!
